    Heating issues in rooms frustrate comfort!!! Poor quality of spa facilities detract from relaxation!!! Limited parking availability adds to the inconvenience!!!

    Fantastic personal, very kind, English speaking and professional! The hotel is nicely decorated, clean, warm with feeling of luxury . We have also tried the massage - very relaxing and professional!

    Very hot in the rooms :))) we needed to keep our windows open!

    I had a fantastic time enjoying the cozy atmosphere of my spacious Alpine Executive Room and loved the delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The spa was a real treat, especially with the indoor pool and the relaxing massages. Just a minor note, the omelette station could've used better timing at breakfast, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 🏔️

    Really good breakfast and spacious rooms

    Breakfast was extraordinary, with fresh pastries and made-to-order omelettes, which set the tone for the day. The complimentary shuttle service to the gondola was very convenient, leaving every 15 minutes just a short drive away from the slopes. The only improvement area would be to enhance the SPA's air temperature to make it more comfortable after skiing.

    The hotel has a "soul". Every detail is well thought and placed. Very polite personnel. Good breakfast buffet. Good food in Amvrosia restaurant, could be more varied.Very clean.

    The smell of artificial aromatizer everywhere.The view from the window overlooking the neigbouthood, not very well organized.

    The ski rental service was great! The spa was relaxing after long days on the slopes, and the VIP gondola pass saved us tons of time. Loved the clean, spacious room with mountain views. We seemed like royalty !

    We have stayed at this affordable hotel previously and would definitely return. The place is clean, the room is modern, the staff is really polite and accommodating. The breakfast is large and exceptional for all tastes and the location is stunning.

    I liked the fact that there was a ski rental shop next to the hotel lobby.

    Fair breakfast, too much heat in the rooms. We had to open the windows to sleep.
